The Cocoon Paradox responds to a visual insight. The idea attempts to convey the power and the impact that words have on us. We start our lives with stories, every word and every story that we have accumulated throughout our lives adds a layer, and as humans we tend to act out those layers.
The linen fabric that this Cocoon is made of, and the handwritten strands that are wrapped around, symbolise all the interwoven stories and words that we have been told, created and carried with us.
